What is Fear?
Fear is an emotion than arises with threat of harm which could either be physical, psychological, emotional, unreal or real.
It is an emotion that is useful because it keeps us safe by immobilizing to cope with potential danger.
As useful as it may be, It also has negative side which could affect us.
Here We’ll be discussing the psychological and Imagined (Unreal) kinds of fear.
How do you give Power to Fear?
People give Power to fear when they don’t Approach their fear and make it a vital component of their lives. They do this by constantly re-affirming ,over-thinking and giving much unneeded attention to their fears.
When your Afraid of the outcome of a situation or You are worried that Something might impose a danger on your life, I feel the best solution would be to find a solution to your problem or hope for a good outcome from the matter.
Over-thinking never solves a Problem.
Why must you overcome the power fear brings to succeed in Life?
I say giving Power to your Fears means allowing Them to take control of your mind by Giving them unneeded attention.
If you’re in a habit of Over-thinking everything, You end up wasting energy on situations and problems that you probably shouldn’t be wasting that much energy on.
The lesser attention to give to a problem, The lesser the problem seems.
Never forget also that ‘Two heads are better than one’. Problems are better solved when shared.
Don’t be overcome by Fear, Refuse to give Fear Power.
